Tell us your name, contact details, learning goal and how you prefer to communicate. You can also tell us about language, disability, technology or other support needs.
Choose the training product you want to enter. For nationally recognised VET, the organisation can use current training-product information. Higher education, corporate, ISO and professional programs use an approved course-demand profile.
The system chooses short activities that match the course level, industry, delivery method and common learner tasks. It may check learning, reading, writing, speaking and listening, numeracy, digital skills and employability skills.
Instructions use easy language. You can ask for help, use approved assistive technology, take rest breaks or complete an equivalent accessible activity when appropriate.
You receive a plain-language summary of strengths, areas to develop and how these compare with the selected course. A result does not diagnose a disability and does not automatically accept or reject enrolment.
You and the provider decide what help will be offered, who will provide it and when progress will be reviewed. An approved CAQA LLND expert or the organisation’s own specialist can participate.
Staff record the support that was offered and delivered. The learner and provider review whether it helped and update the plan when needed. Reports show the evidence trail without replacing human responsibility.
